Thrigun IT Technologies provides software engineering, web and mobile development, cloud architecture, data analytics, and related consulting services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in separate statements of work.
3. Intellectual property
Client-owned materials remain the property of the client. Custom code and deliverables created specifically for a client are transferred upon full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrigun IT Technologies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to our services.
